Devine Physio Hands of Care

What we help with

These pictures show the body area we work on. They are not a medical diagnosis.

Neck pain

Stiff neck after desk work, two-wheeler travel, or a sudden turn. Pain may run into the shoulder blade.

We free the neck with movement and hands-on care, then give a short set you can repeat at home so it does not lock again.

Back pain

Low back pain, including pain that travels into the buttock or leg (sciatica). Sitting, lifting, or a long ride often flares it.

Treatment starts with what you can do today, then builds the strength that keeps the spine moving.

Shoulder pain and frozen shoulder

Pain when lifting the arm, combing hair, or reaching a shelf. Frozen shoulder is when the joint itself has gone stiff.

Range comes back in stages. You leave with a small home set, not a long gym list.

Knee and joint pain

Pain on stairs, after sitting, or after a twist. The joint may swell or feel like it might give way.

We settle swelling, restore bend and straighten, then load the muscles that hold the knee.

Post-fracture stiffness

After plaster or surgery the limb often stays stiff even when the bone has healed.

Once your doctor clears movement, we restore range, then load, so you can use the limb again.

After surgery

Rehab after orthopedic or other surgery, only as your surgeon allows.

Each session has a clear range and strength step, so you are not guessing at home.

Sports injuries

Ankle sprain, muscle strain, or overuse from cricket, running, or gym work.

Return to play is stepped. One pain-free day is not the all-clear.

Stroke and nerve-related weakness

After a stroke or nerve injury the arm or leg may be weak, stiff, or hard to place.

Practice is a real task: sit, stand, walk, use the hand. Not a machine circuit.

Arthritis and limited movement

Joints that ache and no longer move through full range, often knees or the spine.

We keep the joint moving and strengthen the muscles that take load off it.

Balance and walking

Unsteady walking, fear of a fall, or slow getting up from a chair.

Sessions use the same moves as home: stand, turn, step. The aim is safer walking, not gym tricks.
